David is our Program Manager leading the support for HHS’ Deputy CIO-Operations Program Management and Integrations Division. David holds PMP, and Green Belt certifications along with an ITIL Expert certification that includes certifications in Service Strategy Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations and Continuous Service Improvement. David brings more than 30 years of program and portfolio management experience supporting Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, National Institute of Health, National Cancer Institute, Veterans Affairs, Center for Disease Control, Military Health Administration, Department of State, and US Postal Service. He has managed the implementation of ISO certification for Quality Management Systems and CMMI DEV L3 certification for software development and led DSFederal’s efforts to obtain CMMI SVC L3 certification. Additionally, David holds an active Top Secret Clearance.
