Dr. Kevin Zhang is a seasoned technical leader and business manager with extensive experience in program management, large surveillance systems development and management, data analytics, and public health research. Dr. Zhang has led numerous disease surveillance projects, most notably, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Program of Cancer Registries (NPCR)-Cancer Surveillance System (CSS) project. Dr. Zhang also has an extensive data analytics background that spans from system design to advanced statistical methods to decision modeling.
