Armed with over 20 years of accomplishments in the government services sector, including significant experience in managing P&L, capturing and building sales pipelines, and driving strategic pricing, this customer-focused leader stepped into the COO role at DSFederal on October 1st, 2020.

Wilson, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with certifications in ITIL and DevOps, drives productivity by building high-performing teams and streamlining processes. Her agile collaboration style enables effective communication across functions with extensive reporting and interaction at all levels. Prior to joining DSFederal, Wilson held several leadership roles at Unisys Federal managing federal government clients in defense, homeland security, and civilian agencies.
