Her career spans both federal service and consulting, where she’s consistently delivered impactful results—from leading strategic cloud migrations at HHS’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation to managing multimillion-dollar IT portfolios and spearheading enterprise-wide system redesigns. Whether implementing cutting-edge solutions or driving process improvements, Deb combines technical expertise with creative problem-solving. She holds a Master’s degree in Entertainment Industry Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor’s in Communication Arts from Fu Jen Catholic University, and is certified in PMP, ACP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
