Our Solution
Our team provided an extensive upgrade of the Regulatory Robot, an interactive online tool that provides small business users with quick, free access to information about testing, labeling, and certification requirements. This included a full redesign to improve user-friendliness and increase completion rates. After completing the Robot-generated questionnaire, users receive a detailed report summarizing relevant regulations.
The Results
This simplifies compliance for small business owners and manufacturers by guiding them through a series of questions that determine which regulations apply to the product – eliminating the need to sift through lengthy documents. CPSC has described the tool as “very intuitive” and “very clear.”
