Clement Chen is the Chief Executive Officer of DSFederal. He is responsible for achieving the company’s strategic, financial, and operational goals as the firm embarks on its next phase of transformation and growth. Mr. Chen brings 25+ years of experience managing growth strategies for prominent technology and cybersecurity solutions organizations. 

Prior to joining DSFederal, Mr. Chen was most recently the Chief Strategy Officer and business unit operating executive for Leidos Health Group. During his tenure at Leidos Health Group he led strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business development operations. He also directed the health and human services and commercial cybersecurity divisions. Preceding Leidos, Mr. Chen served as vice president of business innovation for Lockheed Martin where he was responsible for driving innovative concepts linking technology development, business models, and strategy.  

Mr. Chen earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary, graduating as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society. For his undergraduate education, he attended the United States Naval Academy where he graduated with honors and attained a B.S. in Applied Science.
