Clement Chen brings 25+ years of experience managing growth strategies for prominent technology and cybersecurity solutions organizations, including his prior role as Chief Executive Officer of DSFederal.

During his tenure as Chief Strategy Officer and business unit operating executive at Leidos Health Group, he led strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business development operations. He also directed the health and human services and commercial cybersecurity divisions. Preceding Leidos, Mr. Chen served as vice president of business innovation for Lockheed Martin where he was responsible for driving innovative concepts linking technology development, business models, and strategy.  

Mr. Chen earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary, graduating as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society. For his undergraduate education, he attended the United States Naval Academy where he graduated with honors and attained a B.S. in Applied Science.
