The Office of Human Research Protections (OHRP) and the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) ensure that scientific and medical research and breakthroughs are rooted in honest, ethical practices.

DSFederal's extensive history supporting these sister organizations with software development, training, data analysis, and evaluation support started in 2010 with ORI. This agency promotes integrity in Public Health Service-funded biomedical and behavioral research conducted at over 90,000 institutions around the world. We undergird their mission by providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for investigative oversight and forensic analysis of research misconduct allegations. We also develop internal and public-facing portals that collect critical information from research institutions.
Since 2016 we have supported OHRP which protects the rights, welfare and wellbeing of human subjects involved in research conducted or supported by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). DSFederal developed and maintains the OHRP website, a centralized information hub for training and policies and regulations.
"We build portals to ensure research integrity and compliance," Project Manager John Yu said. "Both agencies need protocols and need to be compliant with those protocols. We are happy and fortunate to continue supporting them in their missions to protect human subjects.”
DSFederal will continue its people first focus when it comes to health and research IT. Thanks to ORI and OHRP for allowing us to continue supporting their crucial missions.
