DSFederal is pleased to announce the award of a new task order to FedPoint, a JV formed by DSFederal and TurningPoint. Under the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) IDIQ, FedPoint will provide development, implementation, and operation support for a 24/7 technical Help Desk. The CMS Help Desk will manage and resolve end-user support requests relating to Virtual Call Center services.
The Help Desk task order's three-month base period began on July 1 and will run through September 30, with four additional option years to follow. DSFederal is pleased to continue expanding our FedPoint joint venture, and we look forward to another opportunity to support the vital work of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
